People stop and stare

Tutti mi parlano
Non sento una parola di ciò che dicono
Solo gli echi della mia mente
La gente si ferma fissando
Non riesco a vedere le loro facce
Solo le ombre dei loro occhi
Andrò dove il sole continua a splendere
Attraverso la pioggia scrosciante
Andrò dove il clima è adatto ai miei vestiti
Riparandomi dal vento del Nord Est
Navigando sulla brezza estiva…
E saltellando sull’oceano, come una pietra
Tutti mi parlano
Non sento una parola di cio’ che dicono
Solo gli eco della mia mente
